Before we arrive: If you are aware that your home is extra cluttered, has un-welcoming pets, or any special requirements, please notify our team ahead of time. Upon arrival, if it's clear that the service cannot be completed in a safe or timely manner, we will unfortunately have to cancel your clean.
Once we arrive: If there were mistakes made during the booking process such as the size of your home, level of cleaning needed, or type of services required, the job will be reassessed and charged accordingly. We will do our best to communicate this ahead of time. For example- if it's apparent that the home has not been cleaned professionally within the last 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will add the "Heavy Duty" extra to the booking.
