A deep clean is strongly recommended for all first time cleaning by Cervo. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed or overlooked during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, you will likely only need routine cleans moving forward.

Some cleaning companies will charge for a full day of service even if the job only takes 3-5 hours. With Cervo, just be sure to select the correct level of cleanliness of your home. This ensures the proper amount of time is allocated to cleaning your home during your scheduled booking and that you aren't over or under paying for the job. We will always strive to stick around until the job is complete but in rare instances where a "tidy up" was booked and the home requires a "lengthly deep clean", we will have to adjust your cleaning premium and potentially reschedule the job. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
You do not. After the initial visit, it is most efficient if the home is empty. This way we're not holding you up or getting in your way as we clean.
We will put a $50 hold on your card at the time of booking to ensure that your day and time has been reserved. The remaining balance will be charged once your clean is complete.
If a cleaner arrives to your home and is unable to enter. For example, no one is home, no key was left, or their is an unfriendly animal, you will be charged a$75 lockout fee. This fee is non negotiable.
Yes it is! However, it is entirely up to you! There is no suggested percentage. Any amount is GREATLY appreciated by your cleaning specialist. Please note, 100% of tips go directly to the cleaners.
Our pricing is set and non negotiable. This ensures that we can pay the cleaners a wage above industry standards. As the backbone to our business, we feel cleaners deserve a fair wage and in turn this will provide you with an overall better experience.
We understand that life happens. All we ask is that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. This fee is non negotiable as our cleaners plan their day with your cleaning in mind. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week to assist you with any scheduling needs.
We love our furry friends! For efficiency and liability purposes, we ask that animals are kept in one room for the duration of the clean. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding our pet policy.
You are welcome to leave a cash tip for your cleaner/cleaners. We will also send a follow up email after your clean that gives you the option to tip based on how satisfied you were with your services. Please note, 100% of tips are paid directly to the cleaner.
Yes, upon your request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs we will coordinate with you to either reschedule or have a different cleaner come out.
In some instances "harsh" chemicals are strictly used on tough to clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium build up will require CLR to clean. If you have any allergies or concerns, please let our team know ahead of time and we will prepare for your clean accordingly.
